Setting up a fax broadcast

Signing up, setting up your UTBox account and using the fax broadcasting tools has never been easier.

Once you have registered and have an account with us, log in, navigate to the fax broadcast page, and start your broadcasts by following four steps:

1. Upload or manage your list of fax numbers, adding additional numbers if required.
2. Upload the document or documents you want to broadcast.
3. Preview the fax and obtain a cost estimate for the broadcast.
4. If the cost is acceptable, send your broadcast and monitor on-screen reporting live.

You only have to upload your list of outgoing fax numbers once. Getting started requires no credit card information or payment — once you have registered you can take advantage of the free trial.

Once transmissions are complete you receive an automated email report of the faxes sent. These reports can also be viewed on-screen in your UTBox account after logging in.
